DIRECTOR OF MUSIC - POSITION OPEN With the April 29 pending retirement of our Director of Music, the Staff-Parish Relations Committee is seeking candidates to fill the position. READ MORE HERE >>
** NEW ** MAUNDY THURSDAY TABLEAU REHEARSALS. We are in need of a few men for our Tableau, "Is It I, Lord?" If you are interested, please call Pat McCullough at (352)683-0996. Rehearsals will be on Sundays at 5 PM in The Sanctuary beginning February 26. The Tableau will be presented on Thursday evening, April 5.
PRAY FOR OUR CHURCH Pastor Mike and Pastor Anthony and the Prayer Ministry invite and encourage you to join members of your church family and set aside a few moments each evening at 7:59 pm to pray for our church. Through prayer we are able to tap into God's wisdom, strength, direction for our lives and peace. To God be the Glory! ** UPDATED ** DANIEL PART 2 Special date for next February meeting - Tuesday, February 21 - Will resume meeting on Wednesday nights on February 29. The March meetings will be on Wednesday evenings.

WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY Dr. Bob Suggs is leading a study titled, "How to Be Victorious in Your Spiritual Life," found in Ephesians 6:10-18 teachings concerning Spiritual Warfare. Meeting for one hour each week on Wednesdays at 10 am in Classroom S- 2 of The Sanctuary.
UNITED METHODIST WOMEN'S FLEA MARKET COLLECTING has started in Fellowship Hall on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 11 AM until March 14. Accepting clothes, furniture, household items, jewelry, tools, etc. For information or to arrange pickup, call Sharon Swierenga (352)596-3442 or Judy Kalee (352)799-3122
** UPDATED ** FAMILY MINISTRIES - Movie Night February 24 "Courageous" 6:45 PM Fellowship Hall - The movie's free but come early at 6 PM for a Spaghetti Dinner for $4.00! Free childcare will be provided during the movie. READ MORE HERE >>
** UPDATED ** "COURAGEOUS LIVING" A Bible Study beginning Wednesday, February 29 and continuing for four weeks. We will be discussing how to move toward living more courageously in four areas: Responsibility, Priorities, Legacy, and Faith. the workbook is $7.00 and will be distributed on the 29th. Class for men lead by Pastor Anthony in The Prayer Room. Class for women lead by Pat Hepler in Classroom S-2. ** NEW ** CONFIRMATION SERVICE Sunday, April 1 at 7 PM in The Sanctuary. You are invited to attend. Please pray for the 26 students as they attend 8 learning/study sessions, perform 15-20 hours of community service, participate in a weekend retreat, complete 3 projects, and pass, with a 90% accuracy, a 100 question written and verbal test in the process of being confirmed.
